Can I bring my catalog and stock over from my old software?
The medicines catalog (AMMPS referential) is there at signup. Your stock comes over through a scanner stocktake or a CSV import of a file exported from your old software.
What does "pharmacy-held keys" mean in practice?
Each pharmacy has an encryption key that is stored only wrapped under its staff's passwords and a recovery code handed to the owner. The server never holds it in the clear. Without your password or your code, your client records and amounts are unreadable — to us too.
